I have been using Party Plus for all my catering events for the past two years. I used another vendor in the past, but I was not happy with the service. Since their first delivery, Party Plus has shown a real interest in making sure that all my needs are taken care of. I have had several instances when I needed to rent tents, table linens and china. On each occasion, I never had any issues to worry about something missing. Chuck has taken very good care of me!

Recently, I needed to use Party Plus to draw up a room diagram for a special event. I just call Party Plus with the room dimensions, told them what I wanted to have for service and they set it up and gave me a budget number.

About Us

Taylor Rental Center opened its doors on Main Street in Biddeford in June, 1972.  Jere and Sally Dearborn started the Taylor Rental franchise with an assortment of contractor, homeowner and party rental equipment. They stayed on Main Street in Biddeford for four years and then moved to a larger building on Route 111 in Biddeford in 1976.

The rental business continued to grow and the Dearborn’s continued to purchase new rental equipment to rent to the greater Biddeford/Saco communities. They moved again in 1986 to the Route 111 Business Park, just one block south of their former location. Party Plus, a division of Taylor Rental, was started at this location.

In 1997, Susan Gajewski purchased Party Plus from her parents; and her brother, Jim Dearborn, purchased Taylor Rental in Biddeford and Taylor Rental in Sanford from his parents.  The party division had lots of room for growth so Susan quickly added many rental items such as linen, additional china and glassware patterns, specialty tents, additional table and chair selections and much more to her rental inventory.  By 2003, Party Plus was busting at the seams and Susan and her husband, Chuck, began plans for a brand new 20,000 square foot building on Route 1 in Biddeford. The new building would be home for Party Plus and the Biddeford Taylor Rental Center.

Both Party Plus and Taylor Rental moved into their beautiful, brand new building on May 20, 2004. Party Plus continues to grow by adding new rental inventory each year. We have pictures of all the items we rent right here on our website. We are very proud of our new website and hope you enjoy looking around at all of our photos and reading all of our helpful information.
